It was so much fun working with you. Sorry I did'nt get a chance to say a proper good bye afterwards. I was a little disapointed, to say the least, but understood Dole's decision to go with a dish that was more "family dinner" and less "special evening meal". Chef Ford was really supportive and suggested I "start catering", WOW! Glad you got a chance to visit the Farmer's Market, I grew up shopping there with my mom, and it's one of my favorite places on the planet.
